Parent Concern Form

Hampton County School District 2 is committed to demonstrating our BEST by maintaining effective communication, strong partnerships and open dialogue between its students, parents, families, teachers, and staff. When there is a concern that has not been resolved at the school level, parents are encouraged to complete a parent concern form. The form is received and reviewed by the Office of Student Services. The Office of Student Services will conduct a follow-up inquiry regarding the concerns prior to a face-to-face meeting with involved parties.
