EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION

Did you know that we’ve changed the way we do employment verification?
Your employment information is no longer verified through telephone calls.

Written verification of the request along with the employee’s signature authorizing disclosure is now required before your employment will be verified.

Buying a Car
Buying or Re-financing a mortgage
Applying for a personal loan

Whatever the case may be, please make sure the company you are doing your business with is aware of these changes.Please submit a signed release for employment verification requests and experience verification forms. Please fax the authorization to (803) 625-2573 for processing. All release forms must be less than one month old. To follow up on the status of a request, please call 803-625-5005. Employment verification will not be released over the telephone.

VERIFICATION OF EDUCATOR EXPERIENCE

Please submit the verification form to HR. Forms are available for download from the South Carolina Department of Education.
